Exercise can be fun!
Just wanted to remind everyone that exercise should be fun! Too many people slog it out for far longer than is neccessary on an exercise they hate using. This does not need to happen.
By selecting a sport or piece of equipment that you actually enjoy you will be more inclined to stick with the exercise when it gets tough but also see gains a lot sooner than otherwise.
So pick something sporty you enjoy doing and go for it. It could be a kick about with your mates in the park or a game of table tennis at your local leisure centre.
Whatever you choose, have fun keeping fit, remember to enjoy your fitness workouts and remember to smile!

Excellence
I just have to share this with you. As you may know I have recently started working at Dax Moy's Personal training studio and I'm loving it. It is an amazing place with such a positive vibe around it and the trainers are kind and knowledgeable.
Recently, Dax put me on an excellence course, where every day, for 30 days you are encouraged to pursue excellence, and to discover what excellence means to you. I will include the content of one of the e-mails I was sent for you to enjoy. It's really powerful stuff so enjoy!
It may seem strange to you James, but the very act of starting on a journey toward excellence is often enough to create a ripple-effect of excellence throughout so many different areas of your life that you can often feel overwhelmed.
Scared even.
Thoughts that run contra to your excellence seem to surface almost constantly like
"What if I can't do it?"
"What if I fail?"
"What if I find living toward excellence too hard?"
When those thoughts come up, simply smile and forget 'em.
They're just the old you speaking.
The part that used to settle for less than you're capable of and that wants to keep things 'comfy'.
Sure, you can listen to them but then what?
More of the same right?
The new you doesn't give in to any of these things but instead focuses on the power, possibility and promise that your excellence holds.
Instead of these old questions it asks
"What if I've been able to do this all along?"
"What if I succeed?"
"What if I LOVE living my excellence?"
Then what? : )
Have an excellent day James!
Dax
P.S - Make sure you read your excellence strategy and listen to your audio....
