Exercise can be fun!
Just wanted to remind everyone that exercise should be fun! Too many people slog it out for far longer than is neccessary on an exercise they hate using. This does not need to happen.
By selecting a sport or piece of equipment that you actually enjoy you will be more inclined to stick with the exercise when it gets tough but also see gains a lot sooner than otherwise.
So pick something sporty you enjoy doing and go for it. It could be a kick about with your mates in the park or a game of table tennis at your local leisure centre.
Whatever you choose, have fun keeping fit, remember to enjoy your fitness workouts and remember to smile!
